About your Project

This is an area where there are many questions and very few “pre canned” answers. It is also a very exciting part of building this valuable partnership together; where you share your thoughts and dreams about what this building “experience” means to you and how we can help you achieve them.

One of the first and most common questions is “how much does something like this cost”, or “how much for that home in the picture”? We believe that before you can know the price of one of our cabins or cottages, you need to understand what it is you’re purchasing, and where the value is. We are the best in this industry at providing our clients with the most stylish, energy efficient home/cabin experience attainable within the budget goals.
 
While working with our team of seasoned industry professionals, and through our proven system, we’ll take you down a different path where we create a project that meets your personal needs, and represents the most stylish, energy efficient home for your investment.

Ultimately, there are three things we need to establish before getting started. We’ll need to know your budget goals, the location of your property, and what we’re building, I.e. size of the home, style, fit, function, and specific design components. This allows us to become more of a builder / coach, ensuring that the time spent up front is done efficiently while coupling the design elements of the home with your budget goals.

To ensure that your project is accurately priced, we propose each project specific to the building site and the local jurisdictions building code requirements. We recommend that if you already own your property you provide us with any specific building requirements that you may have obtained through your own due diligence process. Having this information prior to our personal site visit with you can truly expedite the initial process.
